Available Seeds

Asain Baby Corn (OUT OF STOCK) - Grows small tender long baby corns that can be picked about 3 to 5 days after showing up on plant. Baby corn is a great low carb vegitable that can be used in stir fries and other dishes. It can be canned or frozen. If you allow it to grow to maturity and dry, it makes a great small white fluffy popcorn that is very tasty. Each pack will contain about 20 seeds.

King of The North Pepper (OUT OF STOCK) - Grows large bell peppers on a 5-6 foot plant. The peppers can be eaten green, or left on the plant till they turn red. They have a sweet mild taste. The plant is also very prolific once it gets late in the season. Start indoors in bright light 8-12 weeks before last frost date. Each pack will contain about 20 seeds.

Kamo Eggplant (OUT OF STOCK) - Plants are exceptionally tolerant of heat and humidity. The grow 4-6 inch round eggplants that have a creamy dense flesh and are slightly sweet. They are excellent grilled or breaded and fried. I like to dehydrate thin slices and make eggplant lasagna from them. Start indoors 8-12 week before last frost and transplant large healthy plants to the garden to help resist pest pressure (flea beetles). Pinch off early blossoms and treat flea beetles with diatomaceous earth, until plant is large enough to resist them on its own. Each pack will contain about 20 seeds.

Little Fingers Eggplant (OUT OF STOCK) - Small, purple-black fruit cluster on sturdy, compact plants. Blunt fruit may be harvested when finger-sized but may also be allowed to grow larger with no sacrifice of its mild taste and tender texture.

Casper Eggplant (OUT OF STOCK) - Medium size, very attractive, smooth ivory-white tender thin skinned fruit with a mild mushroom-like flavor. Prolific plant. Fruit ripens early. These are great for eggplant lasagna.

Kentucky Wonder Pole Beans (OUT OF STOCK) - Grows tall climbing productive green bean plants. They are supposed to be sringless, but some beans, especially more marture ones may have small strings. They are more pruductive than Blue Lake, but they beans have larger beans inside. Also, Blue Lakes never have a string. They start producing at about 65 days, and will continute to produce untill the first frost. These beans allow you to pick a little at a time all season long so you don't get overloaded with canning all of your beans at once. I plant them in late May in Ohio after the danger of last frost. Plant them 2 inches apart, directly into the ground, and cover with an inch of soil. Provide strings, fence or trellis for them to climb.
